Who handles the information

OctoExec is currently a founder-operated project. The founder reviews access and contact requests. You can reach the project through the contact form, including for questions about this notice.

What you provide

The early-access form collects your email, the type of request, the page it came from, the time of submission, and the version of the notice you accepted. The contact form also collects the message and category you choose. Do not include sensitive information in these forms.

Why it is used

We use early-access submissions to manage interest and communicate about access. We use contact and privacy requests to respond to the request. Joining early access is optional, and you may ask us to remove your submission.

Hosting and storage

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests, including standard connection and security information. Supabase stores form submissions in a private database. These services may process information in countries outside your location. Website form contents are not sent to an AI model.

Abuse prevention and browser behavior

The website uses limited request counts to reduce automated abuse. An hourly hash of the connecting IP address is used for rate limiting and cleared after its active period; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application’s signup database. Cloudflare may separately process connection data as part of its service. Interactive examples run locally in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.

Retention

Early-access submissions are kept while we manage the early-access list, until you ask for removal or the list is retired. Contact requests are kept while they are needed to handle the request. Removal is currently handled manually. We will revisit retention when the public product becomes available.

Your requests

Use the privacy category on the contact form to request access, correction or removal. We may need to verify that the request comes from the address concerned before changing or disclosing information. We do not publish your email or contact message.

Product data

The private console pilot has different inputs from this website. It can use Anthropic for processing text and Supabase for application storage. See Trust & control for the current scope. This website does not connect you to that pilot automatically.

Changes

We will update this page when the website’s data practices change and identify the effective date.
